Renting Options

IAOS Regina spaces are accessible to both community and non-community members. We strive to treat all fairly and equitably on a first-come, first-served basis.

IAOS Regina venues are booked in 60-minute “standard timeslots,” which include set-up and clean-up.

Member and Non-Member Rates

Members:

Enjoy discounted rates for all IAOS Regina facilities.

Non-Members:

Standard rates apply.

Security Deposit

If renting the gym, kitchen, or both for an event, a security deposit of $300 is required upon booking. Deposits are accepted in CASH or VISA and will be returned upon successful inspection after the event.

Terms and Conditions

Building Use:

• All activities including set-up and clean-up must take place within booked hours.
• Prayer areas are strictly for prayer; no eating or playing allowed.
• Authorized person must be present during check-in/out and is responsible for damages.
• Tables, chairs, and equipment must not be removed from the premises.
• Food preparation must be done in the kitchen only. No pork allowed.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Renter is responsible for cleanup, garbage disposal, and returning items to their place.
• Any damage or extra cleaning will be billed to the renter.

Prohibited:

• No smoking or alcohol anywhere on IAOS property.
• Grilling is only allowed outside, minimum ten feet from the building.
• Children must be supervised at all times by adults.

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or loss of booking privileges.
